Krush™ is a versatile dual-purpose hop, though it is most celebrated for its aromatic contributions in late additions. Krush™ has become a favorite among brewers for its "what you smell is what you get" quality, meaning its raw aroma translates very accurately into the finished beer.

Krush™ is often described as a "fruit salad" or "liquid mango smoothie" due to its intense fruit-forward character.

• Primary Notes: Dominant mango, guava, and lychee.
• Secondary Notes: Bright orange citrus, ripe peach, and mixed berries.
• Backbone: A subtle resinous or "dank" edge that provides depth and prevents it from being one-dimensional.
• Usage: Best used in the whirlpool or for dry hopping. It works exceptionally well as a standalone hop but is also a powerful "unifying force" when blended with varieties like Citra®, Mosaic®, or Simcoe®.

Domestic Hop Pellets

Shop our U.S. and farm grown hops in pellet form. Our pellets are available in various unit sizes, packaged in (4.2m) multi-layered, high-barrier, soft pack mylar bags and vacuum sealed with a nitrogen flush. Pellets are stored in our cold storages here on our farm until delivery straight to you.
