Ekuanot™ is a dual-purpose hop known for its famous "kaleidoscope" of flavors that can shift depending on how it is used in the brewing process.

Primary Notes: Strong impressions of lemon, lime, and pithy orange.
Tropical/Fruit: Distinct notes of papaya, mango, melon, and berry.
The "Twist": It often carries a savory or herbal edge, specifically green bell pepper, sage, eucalyptus, and even cedar.
Best Uses: While it can bitter, it shines in late boil additions, whirlpooling, and dry hopping to preserve its volatile oils.
Common Styles: Frequently used in IPAs, Pale Ales, Saisons, and Wheat beers.

Shop our U.S. and farm grown hops in pellet form. Our pellets are available in various unit sizes, packaged in (4.2m) multi-layered, high-barrier, soft pack mylar bags and vacuum sealed with a nitrogen flush. Pellets are stored in our cold storages here on our farm until delivery straight to you.
