CHINOOK Rhizomes



Chinook is a perennial that matures mid to late season. They grow well in most climates, but NOT wet coastal climates. Train to a fence or trellis. Vine grows 20-25 ft. in one season.

They usually have an Alpha Acid range of: 12.0-14.0%.

Bittering Hop with a spicy, piney, very distinctive grapefruit aroma of medium intensity.

Typical Brewing Style: US Pale Ale, IPA, Stout, Barley Wine, and Lager. 


Our 2017 Rhizome season has ended. Our next Rhizome season will begin late February - March 2018, weather permitting. Updates on availability will be announced on our social media and here on our website. Thank you for your orders and good luck with your homegrown hops.
